Using OhioLearns! and Course Applicability System (CAS)

Using OhioLearns! and CAS jointly puts before you two powerful Internet tools that help you search and find course offerings from Ohio higher educational institutions at a distance along with finding transfer information on courses, course equivalencies, and program requirements.

Follow the provided link to conduct more effective searches in OhioLearns! for courses or for degrees and other programs.

By becoming a CAS Member, you can "store" the courses you have taken and see how they might transfer to other participating institutions. You will be asked to create an account at a "home institution." If possible, your account should be created at either the institution you currently attend or the institution you are interested in attending. Becoming a member of CAS is highly recommended in order to use CAS’ full functionality. If you just want to review course descriptions, course equivalency guides, or review academic programs, you can use the Guest Login in CAS. You can also use CAS to find out how courses that are only offered at distance can transfer to other participating institutions.
