Description:
This degree prepares students for careers in the computer industry as programmers, software developers, data managers, and information system designers. The employment opportunities in this area are very strong and will continue to grow. Students learn the newest programming languages and computer science techniques and relate them to business and Web applications. Students will work with computer equipment typical of that used by most employers in a hands-on environment. This degree is identical to the on campus version and is delivered entirely over the Internet.

Upon completion of this 2-year degree, coursework may be applied toward earning a bachelors degree.

The University of Toledo is regionally accredited by the North Central Association (NCA) and is authorized to offer degrees online.
