Description:
Columbus State Community College and The University of Toledo have collaborated to combine two online degree programs. CSCC students who are/have completed an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science in Technical Studies may apply to The University of Toledo to complete an online Bachelor of Arts program in Liberal Studies. This program is offered completely online.

Development of analytical and critical thinking skills is a major focus of the Liberal Studies program. Students work closely with their academic adviser to select their area of concentration in subjects related to their career goals and/or personal interest.

The University of Toledo is regionally accredited by the North Central Association (NCA) and is authorized to offer degrees online.

Students who have earned an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science in Technical Communication from Columbus State Community College are eligible for admission to the program. This program requires a special UT application.

Students enrolled at or seeking a degree at another college/university, but wish to take course work at The University of Toledo, are considered transient students. These students must complete a special application form and submit it along with a $40.00 non-refundable application fee.
